I despise this song it is “Degrading” and “Offensiveâ€? to women. From the minute the song begins with “I know I’m not your man your not my girl but ima call you my “Shawtyâ€? I cringe. Why do women allow themselves to be 2nd to none? Don’t you think you are worth more than being a man’s freak on the side? Why would women even listen or dance to a song where a man is if I am not mistake married “At Homeâ€? or in a relationship with someone else. It may seem all fine and dandy now but if you ever get married/live with a man or woman you wouldn’t want the being or having a “SHAWTYâ€? on the side. This song is basically saying it is okay to “Cheatâ€? because you aren’t claiming that person to be your man or girl. It is justifying it!
